1. What is your favorite result that you’ve experienced so far? My sugars! I have Diabetes. When I started working out with Angela I wanted to improve my health and remove the feeling my diagnosis caused me because I felt like I've left myself down. Working out has helped me tremendously! My sugar readings have improved so much and I feel so much better. I didn't know how bad I was physically feeling until I started feeling well. My other favorite thing: I love dancing and now I can dance more than one song!
2. Did you have any fears or apprehension before you started working with me? YES!!! The whole "gym" idea was scary. I didn't know how to use any machines, I had zero experience with the gym. I was a real beginner at 40, I was in really bad shape so I didn't know if I was going to be able to workout without hurting myself! Also, the women's gym atmosphere feels so comfortable, this helped me ease some of my fears.
3. How would you say this program is different than others you’ve tried? I was doing things like walking the dog, going outside to play with my kids, watch what I eat, etc but you can only do so much with that. Angela showed me how to use the machines, helped me figure out a program at my fitness level (which was ZERO) and then started increasing the level with time. The program is very easy to follow and she is always available if I have any questions about the machines, the equipment, the form, even nutrition!
