I started going to the Women’s Gym in January as my New Years resolution to get stronger and healthier. I’ve joined many gyms before, but my anxiety would get the most of me. But with going to the Women’s Gym I’ve been able to stay consistent with the low crowds, equipment designed for women and the support of my best friend who always challenges me and is also a member at the gym.
Now I am more fit and stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. I’m so proud of myself for sticking to this goal. I can’t wait to see the progress I will continue to make as a member of the Women’s Gym.
