“Exercise has always been important in my life. This summer I started eating healthier along with the exercise and was able to lose weight (30 lbs.). Going to Fit4Life works well for me because they are open 7 days a week and have the exercise machines that I like to use. –Donna Kemp
Donna deserves to be Member of the Month because of her dedication to exercise. After school, Saturday mornings…Donna was here every week…week after week. Exercise is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s a long-term commitment. The ones that “just keep going” are the ones that will be successful. So many people think they will exercise for a few months to “get in shape” and then be done. Sadly, that is still the mindset of so many people. I’m sure if you ask Donna, she’d tell you that she exercises for a number of reasons and that how she feels about herself is not based on what the scale said that day.
