“In 2002 I was nearly 200 pounds with little to no energy and BP that was sky high. I was lucky if I could do 10 minutes on a treadmill. Coming to Fit4Life was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After losing 40 pounds I needed to tone up and build some muscle, so I hired Dave to train me for several months. In the process I lost an additional 15 pounds, built muscle, and now have more energy and strength then I ever had!

I have had my weight off now for over 2 years. I feel Great! I believe the key to success is not just healthy eating, but exercise including strength training. I believe so much in what I have learned that I started helping others on their journey to success through a business I started with Fit4Life called Loseit4Life.
