JoAn has been faithful in here exercise routine—it’s become a part of her lifestyle. Not only has she stuck with it, but she’s shown a desire to learn more and improve her routine by having me show her some new exercises and machines to add to what she’s doing. JoAn also knows she needs to challenge her body for it to be beneficial—she always works up a good sweat on the cardio machines and really pushes her muscles on the weights!
