"I started going to the Women’s Gym a year ago with two friends. We are all older ladies and keep each other motivated to continue. Trainer Ann and everyone there is friendly and always helpful with any questions we have. It’s always fun and I look forward to our workouts and always feel better afterwards.
I enjoy going to visit parks and waterfalls which always includes a hike to get there. Keeping and building strength in my legs and arms is keeping me able to continue to enjoy this.
Since I started going to the Women’s Gym my strength and stamina have definitely improved—if I at 75 years old can do this—so can
anyone!"
