Exercising to me is extremely important. Between my mental health and physical health, it’s helped me in so many ways.
I love being part of the women’s gym; especially because of the other ladies. I have made many friends along my journey and continue to meet new people.
My main goal is to help others with my own experience and journey. I love seeing the smiles on other ladies faces when they see for themselves they can do something they didn’t think they could do or when they make their goals and reach them!
