"I joined Fit4Life in 2018 after getting a free month membership and training with Ann. I decided to try the gym to help me get healthier but I needed the extra assistance.
Going to the gym is not a easy accomplishment for me. If It wasn't for working with Ann, it's likely I wouldn't have kept up with it. I must say that AFTER I work out, I feel so much better and am hoping going there will start to become easier.
Ann keeps me accountable and encourages me to learn many exercises to improve my health and not to get bored.
Going to the Women's Gym has been great for me because it isn't so intimidating as going to the larger gym."
