"I joined Fit4Life Women's Gym with the intention of gaining back strength in my left leg after a bad break and several surgeries. To help with my mobility in walking and to just improve my well being in general.
I love that the Women's Gym has the availability to fit my needs and with a great location. It's been awesome getting to know old and new members of this gym. To be able to relate with them and also learn new things.
It’s been a fantastic journey thus far. The Women’s Gym offers a great variety of options for workouts with Ann and Angela as wonderful trainers, who have assisted me in learning new programs to improve my workouts. I was so excited to be able to do the Walk/Run this summer, with actually completing it with no difficulties!
I am looking forward to continuing my workouts and finding new avenues to broaden my exercise routines."
