"Exercise is important to me because you have one body and I would like to stay active as long as I can. Seeing certain people in our community, and I’m talking about the generation that’s in their 60’s and 70’s still running marathons, doing bike races, just living an active life. I’m happy that I will still be able to be as active as I’m now when I reach that age.
I also compete in a mountain bike series in Wisconsin called WORS, so I’m always trying to find new ways at the gym to improve my strength and stamina so I can improve on the trails."
