"As a K-3 general music teacher, getting students excited about music requires more than listening. Exercise gives me the energy to dance and bounce around with the little kids, not to mention my active son, Wyatt. I feel like I have accomplished something when I leave the gym. The people are friendly, and Ann and Dave are always there to help.
I have been active all my life, from horses and daily dog walks to karate and 5ks. (I just finished the Sparta Stampede in under 39 minutes!)
What you cannot do isn’t important; what you can is."
-Trevor Tripp
Trevor represents the great people we have here at Fit4Life working toward their own individual goals. As Trevor says, it’s what you CAN do that is more important that what you can’t do! As a teacher, father and husband, Trevor sees the value in his gym visits. He knows that it isn’t the quantity of gym visits, but that he keeps coming back for more! Like those others who have been members for more than a year, it’s about having a non-quit mentality, doing what you can, not all or nothing. Congratulations Trevor, keep up the great work in the gym!
