In 2012 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Since the start of my journey I have lost 70 pounds and have been able to maintain it. I love to walk in the summer months. I take daily walks with my dog and then go to the gym in the evening. The winter months are spent at Fit4Life.
I enjoy exercising, it makes me feel good and it’s my chance to get away from it all. My ultimate goal is to maintain my diabetes with diet and exercise. Some days are good, some are bad. Always forward, never back!
