"Exercise is important for me because it is a great way to promote a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I like to exercise because it makes me feel good and helps me with my energy levels. There is nothing that feels better than releasing all those “natural feel good endorphins” into your body. I feel sluggish when I don’t exercise so I make it a point in my life to go to the gym or go for a run at least 4 days out of the week.
I like to exercise at Fit4Life because the people there are very kind and friendly. I feel comfortable with the atmosphere. I also enjoy the space there. Fit for Life is a pretty big gym. I don’t feel crowded and that is very important.
I’m proud of my accomplishments since I started strength training. I feel stronger and more tone.
Most importantly, I want to set a good example for my children that exercise is important if you want to have a healthy life."

Kelly is a great role model for other busy mothers. Many people think the primary reason for exercise is weight loss, but Kelly knows that the true primary reason for exercise is how it makes you feel. When you feel better, your body, mind and life is better. You’re a better mother not just by walking the talk, but you have more patience and have less reactionary thinking creating better parenting decisions when you feel better from exercise.
Kelly’s upbeat and friendly personality is contagious, which always makes her a great person to be around in the gym.
Congrats and keep up the good work in the gym!
