"I joined Fit4Life about 4 years ago because I wanted to lose weight and it was convenient since I work at CFI. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I knew I had to lose weight. I would go occasionally with a friend but then they quit going so I quit!
Last Christmas I weighed more than I have ever weighed! I knew it was time for a change! I set a goal for myself. I had to lose 30 pounds by June 14, 2013 so I could take a trip to Vegas. I did it with 3 weeks to spare and also went down 3 pants sizes!
I have been motivating others to work out with me. I made a rule that I now live by. I never quit until the last of my work out buddies quits! My rule makes my friends work out longer and challenges them even more. No one wants to be the first one to quit.
Working out is no longer a chore to me but a routine. I enjoy motivating others to work out. If I can do this we can ALL do this. WE GOT THIS!"

Age 33 Weight loss = 30 pounds, went from size 22 down to size 16!
Ami’s results are amazing! Ami deserves every ounce of praise she receives for her accomplishment of meeting her goals and her desire to help others. Ami is a walking testimony that goal setting pays off.
I remember Ami walking up to the counter one day and telling me she wanted to lose some weight and had set a goal for herself. She asked me if I could give her a few tips on eating when I wasn't too busy. I was happy to see Ami so enthused to accept and go for change.
Watching Ami’s progress I have seen a new gal outwardly as her happiness and great self-image exudes more every time she makes a gain in the gym or assisting others. She is a strong woman inside and out!
It is great to see Ami help challenge other people, which in turn makes her even push harder. Congratulations on your successful journey to change!
