We are glad Melissa joined Fit4Life! It’s fun to watch her progress. Melissa hits the gym nearly every day. Through strength training and being active, she shared with me how much stronger her knee has become. She had a recent surgery prior to joining Fit4Life.
Melissa does all types of cardio, including natural fitness. She loves to run & bike! It is not uncommon for me to get a text message on a Saturday from Melissa telling me she just completed another 5K or 5 mile race.
She is also excited to begin the new “Circuits4Success” program in January.
