"First and foremost, I’d like to thank those who selected me as Member of Month. I’m honored to represent both Fit4Life and the community. I’m also thankful for those who have helped me along the way in this process. My journey at Fit4Life started about two years ago when I finally decided to take the plunge and begin to workout. I’ve always been a pretty scrawny guy my whole life, but being thin doesn’t mean you’re fit. I was going out to lunch everyday at various fast food restaurants and local establishments eating very unhealthy. I’d come back to work feeling more exhausted than when I had left.
Since I’ve began working out, I’m more energized after the lunch hour and it helps me power through the rest of my day. Even though I was relatively thin before, I’ve still managed to lose about 1.5 inches off my waist and I’ve also increased my body weight by 15 pounds.
Overall I feel better both physically and mentally. Although it’s only been two years, I can’t see myself ever stopping and I still question myself to this day why it took so long to start.
The best healthcare in the world can’t help you if you don’t take care of yourself. I hope others can see how far I’ve come and that they too realize that it’s not impossible to reach their own goals.
Thank you again for this acknowledgement."

Bill made the decision to start working out for all the right reasons! Oftentimes, people forget that thin doesn't always mean fit or healthy!
Bill’s results are impressive. Based on his testimony and results, Bill has developed a passion for exercise. Even though he is a young man, he works hard and needs the energy that working out always provides!
Bill is proof that even young, extremely busy men, can benefit immensely from exercise and proper nutrition. We are happy that you are no longer eating fast food on your lunch break! It's great to see your enthusiasm regarding the results of your lifestyle changes.
