I have been a member of Fit4Life for about three years and would go in and workout on my own but never saw any results. I have always been over weight my whole life, even before I had kids.
This last September, I stopped at the front desk after an aerobics class and talked with Kammie about what I could do to see some positive results. She recommended I make an appointment with her to talk about what she could help me with. I set up the appointment and later cancelled thinking, "I can’t do this, I won’t change". Well Kammie called me back and convinced me into meeting with her.
Kammie got me started on a weight loss program that was really easy to follow and helped me find foods for the program that I liked. She also showed me how to workout properly and what I was doing wrong before that I was not seeing results.
It has been several months and I have lost 32lbs and down 3 sizes. I even started running and ran my first 5k in April with much encouragement from Kammie. Currently I am running up to 4 times a week, eating healthy, and in the best shape I have ever been.
I owe it all to Kammie at Fit4Life, without her help, I could not have gotten here on my own. They have given me the tools and education to continue this lifestyle and stay healthy.
Kammie is more than a trainer, she truly cares about helping people and encourage me every step of the way.
