I joined Fit4Life in 1999 to rehabilitate a shoulder injury that was basically caused due to weak muscles. Since then I have increased my overall strength and have made weight training part of my life. Thanks to the yoga classes at Fit4Life, I have learned the benefits of yoga and have increased my flexibility and incorporated yoga into my life as well.
Exercise is essential to my health especially due to my family history of heart disease. Fit4Life helps make exercise fun and easy with 24hour access, a variety of classes, state-of-the-art equipment and great people! -Lisa Jenkins
Lisa has been a member since 1999! Boy, time flies when you’re having fun! She is often seen in the back free-weights room where some think this is mainly a “guys area”. This tells me she has a desire to learn new things and get the most out of her exercise routine by utilizing all the equipment at Fit4Life.
Lisa’s main focus has been strength training and she has seen some great improvements over the years. But even more important than her accomplishments in the gym is the fact that she is one of the nicest people you’ll ever talk to.
