Lynda and her husband Bob see the value of exercise in their lives and have made a commitment to it. Not only do they exercise regularly in the gym, you will also see them riding their bikes here during the warm months.
Furthermore, Lynda has also been working through some foot problems that might give others a reason to quit. It is this dedication to exercise, and the fact that Lynda is a great person and a shining example for other women, makes her a deserving Member of the Month!
