"I used to be one of those 20-somethings who bragged about never exercising because
I hated to get sweaty. Three children later and with my 40th birthday approaching, I
decided to join Fit4Life. That was 2 years ago. My focus has been on becoming stronger
and having more endurance, and let me tell you, have I seen the results! I have always
told myself that I have to continue working out whether or not I lose weight because I
am truly trying to stay committed for the long haul. My goal can only be realized over
the course of years, not weeks or months."
"I work full time and have 3 small children. My husband's work schedule includes daytimes,
evenings, and nights, often all in the same week. So finding time to regularly exercise has
been a challenge. I have slowly but surely made a great deal of progress."

Denise was chosen as Member of the Month because of her ability and desire to find time to
exercise when other working moms like her make excuses not to. She comes when she can; weekends,
during her lunch break, and after work. She prioritizes and makes the time for her exercise.
Furthermore, I have overheard Denise encouraging other new members to keep up their program and
talking positively about the gym and exercising here. Congratulations Denise! You are truly a
great representative of the fitness lifestyle and deserve to be Member of the Month!
